I had a binge filled weekend and so I am Starting out at 225.2, only .2 up from last week (although up .6 from lowest) I have a feeling that I may not see a drop this week but I will try this week.

My matra for this week is control. I have to control my depression this week.. Otherwise I may not make it (sanity wise)!

Updated my starting weight and today's weight. I'm all because I gained 5lbs from TOM last week and injuring my lower back a little, which caused me to put P90X on the back burner for now. I'm going to revamp my workouts though, did Zumba this morning for 20 minutes so I am determined to make this happen!
