hello ladies i see a lot of you are doing good! keep up the good work!

today i made it to 199.08oz I lost my 30 pounds already; however, i add 9 more pounds to the sheet. i want to try to be 190 by dec31st

After only doing indoor cross training for the past few months, I decided to run outside today. And it was great! I was nervous I wouldn't be able to after staying inside during the summer. I'm excited to spend the winter running farther outside. Best of all, my dad wants to start running with me.

Down another pound this week. My weight loss has significantly slowed over the last month or so. I think that I'm going to have to shake up my exercise routine to encourage my body to lose weight.

I hear you epic - I've been pretty good this past week and I'm actually up a pound?? Ug. I'm thinking about forgoing my Thanksgiving pizza for now, just because I am already upset about the scale and that definitely won't help.

It was good dreams, gained one pounds and lost 2of the pounds I gained. Back on my overland mode once again.

That's good! The weight should come back off easily!

I've been doing well as far as calories but my exercise has been sporadic and I just cant seem to break out of the 270s! It's frustrating. 270.2 this morning

I just added my name to the spreadsheet, i know i now only have a month, but i just had my first weight in and i lost 11 lb, so my personal goal is to loose another 14 lb before i got home from christmas, Its aggressive, but fingers crossed! i hope this will help motivate

I've been taking a break from the scale these past few days, but I know I've been pretty good, so for once I'm actually excited about weighing in tomorrow. Hoping I'm under 173.2..

fuct: that's good! Im avoiding the scale b/c Ive eaten too much salt the past few days :/ Im feeling bloated and I know it's gonna reflect on the scale!

Ho.ly.crap! I managed to lose 2.6 pounds! Was away from a scale all weekend and had no idea what to expect this morning. 4 pounds to onederland. I can imagine the day that it's not two hundred anymore and I want to cry thinking about it. Happy Monday!
