I eat a lot of salads; workout in the gym 5-7 days a week for 2-3 hrs and some days i do 4 hrs.

I will do 25-30 min of jogging ; then 2 hr of cardio and 100 mins of walking it out in treadmill. Then I come back and lift weights for 10 mins.

Today the gym is close so i will jog in place for 30 mins; do 18 mins of abs and 20 mins of belly dancing and 19 mins of butt workourts

Ahh thanks. So there is no magic secret. It is just that the more you push yourself in the gym, the more weight you lose. Well that is certainly a motivator for me. I was struggling with the idea of doing an hour a day in the gym but if you do three hours and you're not injured/dying then it is certainly possible. Do you have a job? I am wondering if I can stick to eating low calorie food when I am working full time in a couple of weeks.

WOW! Congratulations to everyone who has come to the end of the challenge!!!!!

A lot of you made ridiculously amazing progress and you should seriously reward yourselves (though probably not with food, lol!) and some of us made little progress, but hey, progress is progress!!!!

I'll look for everyone in the bikini challenge!
