Went to a really awesome hibachi restaurant and actually managed to eat just a little bit of everything and take home lots of leftovers. Feeling pretty proud of myself, but I'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!

Good for you!! Yesterday I spent the whole day out with hubby, so for lunch I did REALLY well (chicken broth with super small greek salad, and 1/2 of small fruit salad), but then for dinner... oops... Had the whole entree, two drinks, and 1/2 a desert. Paying for it today on the scale a little, but I think it's worth it sometimes.

Yay, I actually lost. Darn TOM, it's always messing me up. I'm still nervous about the 180s - I can't seem to get below 190 for very long. Today (and Wednesday, so I know it's not a fluke) I was 187.4.

Finally back down near 226. My weight loss for the past month has been super slow and bouncy, but I AM losing inches. I am going to take my measurements in a couple of weeks because I have been doing 30 Day Shred, completed day 11 today, and I can see a bit of change already!

Hoping for a whoosh before the end of the year!

Bah! 209.2. I was so hoping to see 208 since I saw it a couple of mornings this week but tom came and I feel like a bloated fatty even after bringing my lunch and sticking to it. :/ Maybe next week.

Hey!

I'll put you back in

If you don't post for two weeks in a row you go on the standby sheet. Feel free to fill in the data for any of the weeks that you'd missed.

If participants know they'll be away for a week or two and don't want to go on standby, you can make a little note in the cell for that week saying "away" or "vacation", and I'll know that you're not droping out of the competition.

Just weighed in at 173.8 this morning! Just barely squeaking inside a "normal" BMI! Woohoo

Also - MusicalAstronaut - right there with you. I'm so excited to be in the low 70's, but also kind of nervous because this is right where I usually screw it up. I can feel myself mentally trying not to get 'too excited' about it till I hit the 160's, which would be a huge first for me in the past decade...

Edited to add - speaking of driver's licenses, you guys inspired me to look at mine... it's said 180 for the past decade I think. WOOHOO. Also it's due to get renewed in April, so if I'm holding at 160 by then I'll be pretty psyched.

160 is pretty nice at my height, even though I always thought it sounded horribly fat as a teen and in college.
I really feel like there should have been some kind of education done in school about different heights and weights - I always thought I was horrifyingly obese even when I was at a healthy weight, mid-range BMI. But when all your friends are 5 feet tall and barely over 100 pounds, you just feel massive. Something like that chart of heights and weights with different pictures would have been amazing for my self-esteem in high school. The model in the 150 pounds x 5'10" square? Damn! I doubt I'll ever look like her (she's awesomely fit, and beautiful on top of it), but knowing 150 pounds could look like that... yeah that needs to be more visible for younger girls.

I was 184.8 this morning. That seems impossibly low given the week I had....I don't even know what to think, haha!

It's my TOM so I'm up a couple pounds, but I've been good so they'll probably drop off after a few days.

However, I admit I've told myself I'd allow a Thanksgiving treat... I'm going to have a healthy Thanksgiving Day, but I've been craving this one type of local pizza for weeks, so the weekend after I'm going to pick one up. I'm going to eat the whole thing, but make it last the entire day, so it shouldn't he 'too' bad (I'm guessing about 2,000 - 2,500 calories). Pretty excited. :P
