Just 5 weigh-ins left in 2012! I doubt I'll make it to 30 pounds, but I'll probably get pretty darn close (already down 17.8 in this challenge). How's everyone doing?
blah im up..this sucks!! i went out for a heavy night of drinking friday and woke up 8 lbs heavier saturday and sunday mornings! almost sh*t my pants.
im gonna give it one extra night of heavy water drinking and working out and hope its all fake weight that will go away

Doing alright, haven't been losing even though Ive been eating well and exercising. Very frustrating >_< I think I'll only last another week of this before I go insane haha

Don't worry about it. Over the holiday. I went up to 204.. If I can do you ; I know you can as well. Work those pounds off girl! Let those pounds know you are running the show!
That's good! The weight should come back off easily!
I've been doing well as far as calories but my exercise has been sporadic and I just cant seem to break out of the 270s! It's frustrating. 270.2 this morning
I had the same problem.. It nothing but old food that does not want to leave the body! Try some prune juice.
If I join this thread now, should I lose 30 pounds by new year or would it be dangerous/unrealistic? What if I made it ten pounds? Or would I not be eligible for this thread then? I want to join you guys as this is a very motivational thread but I don't think 30 pounds at this stage is realistic (for me).

The 30 pounds was just a target set if we started October 1st. I personally think it would be both dangerous and unrealistic for you to lose 30 pounds in just over a month (especially since you have a relatively low starting weight). Feel free to join the challenge and just set your own goal of 10 pounds .
