Good jobs ladies! I made it too 210 and feeling good! I would love have lost more.. So far I lost 2 pounds this week! We have 3 more days ladies and lets see how it go!
The last couple of weeks haven't been all that great, but I'm down to 222, with only 2 lbs to go until i hit the first 50 lb mark ! I was aiming for 60 by my birthday(which is in a week), but since 12 lbs is completely unrealistic for 7 days, I'm aiming to hit that 50(or more lol). My size 15 jeans are getting more comfortable each week, and i'm excited to get into my 13's by New years !
I've also did another measurement this morning, and in two weeks since i last measured, I've lost another 4.5 inches, and from when i first started, I've lost a total of 37.5 inches. I'm one happy mama today lol
I only lost 0.4lbs this week, but it's TOM so I'm glad that I didn't go up!
Also, I learned something kind of neat at the gym. My lean body mass is 130lbs, which the trainer said is high for girls my height (and he complimented me on doing strength training - woot!). Based on that, he said my goal weight should be 160. That sounds high to me, but I can't argue with the body fat % which I've been checking every month. Right now I'm at 189lbs and 31.9% body fat. So I'm going to re-adjust my goal from 135 to 160, and see how I feel when I get there.

Sandy is keeping people in the house in Virginia; in the Hampton roads area. Planetfitness was closed yesterday and today. Flooded by the interstate so, I can't check my weight at GNC today. The mall might be close. I will call there to find out if they are open. I must find On my way! Type of workout to do while in the house! Any ideas ladies?

If you don't have any exercise dvds, you could always youtube workouts. At home I tend to do a lot of floor work like crunches, squats, planks, push ups, etc. You could also used canned goods as weights in a pinch.
Thanks ladies and sorry for my incomplete sencentes. I will try YouTube now and do some workouts. I will try to be safe! The power is on for now and the Internet! Yea.... Smile.
Will look up the Zumba and the other type of workouts! Netflix used to have workout videos I could watch through the play station; but seem as they don't have it on livesterm. Thanks again ladies..
Oh yea.. I have been trying Safslim for 3 days now and it taste so good! It is suppose to help with belly fat. It says it take about 16 weeks before you can see something. But I already feel diff and I am less hungry also.

I know how you feel. I just got over my PMS and I could not lose anything while on! Since it is gone and over with; you will get back on track and lose that 5 you gained. It's a new week and you have the ball in your hand!

Those wings sound good! Smile. Those wings won't hurt you! You would have to eat 3,500 calories in a day to gain 1pound. You would only gain that pound if you don't work off at least half of what you ate . Good luck
Finished this first month up three pounds from where I started it. Yuck! From tomorrow through at least Christmas I'm cutting out sweets, soda, and drive thrus. I really just need to commit and see this through!
