Gained this week. I'm blaming it on the stress of uni finals, and a messed up TOM.
Hopefully, I can lose a little more before I fly out to the USA. I am absolutely petrified of gaining weight while I'm on holidays. It'll be the first time I'll be without time to exercise or my CC iPhone app, and it'll be for 3 weeks!
Wow sounds like a lot of good things going on for everyone here!
I'm still sitting at the same darn number that I started at.... I think my body just likes 132. But I don't gahhh! Hoping for a lower number to put in the spreadsheet tomorrow.
Well, to be fair to your body, it IS a pretty awesome number. I'm sure it'll go down soon though.
Riestrella: LOVE your outfit. You are so adorable, hihi.
Val thank you!
TinyTiger: we are at about the same weight then. It feels even harder than the 140s to break through. Though it might have to do with me refusing to eat below 1500 calories anymore. If I am gonna reach goal it's gonna be because of exercise and patience. LOL

Happy to report a 1lbs (officially even 2.1lbs but I refused to accept the higher weight, lol) loss. Though TOM is gonna barge in this week, just when I got myself all sorted out again. Will figure it out.
Here we are ladies, the first set of charts!! Obviously because this is the first week the winners will be the same across the board, but expect some variety next week =)
The spreadsheets I use to compile the charts are available to view via the tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet. See how close you were to making the top 20!

Wow, there's some big numbers in there! Great start everyone.
I went home to my parents for the weekend and ate lots, didn't log any of my food and only managed a 1.5mile run for the whole weekend. But I didn't go too crazy and I'm determined to stay on plan for at least 4 days this week. I just don't have the willpower to stick to a healthy food plan all the time, so I'm aiming for a minimum of 4 days a week being 'good'.
Bleh...crappy start for me...#26 wasn't exactly what I'd hoped for. On the other hand, I got a much better number for this week's weigh-in, so fingers crossed for 7 lbs in 2 weeks faring better than 2 lbs in the first.
I clocked in at a 0.1 gain. I've been flopping around the same few pounds for over a month, so I'm not surprised. Decided to switch to calorie counting for a month to see how that goes since I can't seem to eat enough calories on my other plan despite not being hungry. Calorie counting will usually trigger some unhealthy behaviors toward food but I'm hoping that since I'm trying to build muscle this time that I won't get like I have in the past. I know I need to get to that number so I can build muscle and not waste my newbie weight lifter progress.
Wow, some of you are having amazing results! GOOD JOB!
I was supposed to weigh in this morning and... kinda forgot. I'll weigh in tomorrow morning and see. I didn't do too good this weekend...
I'm super competitive - in fact when I did a team building exercise using StrengthFinder 2.0 my second strongest trait was competitiveness, so only getting #34 is KILLING me right now haha.
