1/10 - 171 lbs 2/10 - 170 lbs 3/10 - 171 lbs ~ Need to hydrate myself, been a bit slack with the water consumption! 4/10 - 171 lbs ~ Grrr...need more water! 5/10 - 171 lbs ~ Stay calm... 6/10 - 172 lbs ~ Lack of water + cokes + burger = This. 7/10 - 171 lbs ~ Getting better, but would love to see that 170 before Sunday! 8/10 - 171 lbs ~ Really got my fingers crossed! 9/10 - 170 lbs ~ YAAAY!! 10/10 - 170 lbs ~ Steady now... Starting Weight: 182 (High due to TOM and sodium)
Goal Weight: 169 (Healthy BMI) 10/1 - 182 (I had reached 178 before TOM and I usually gain between 4-5 lbs of water weight) 10/2 - Didn't weigh in because we were moving :-/ 10/3 - 180 10/4 - 179 10/5 - 177 10/6 - 177 10/7 - 178.8 - Expected this because I had a pretty heavy meal and some goodies yesterday. 10/8 - 176.6 - Very excited! Because we went to the Cheesecake Factory. It was a practice in denial and moderation. 10/9 - 178.4 - Champagne and cookies are my weakness 10/10 - 179 - MUST DRINK WATER!!! (Trying not to beat myself up for this slip-up) |
