Goal Weight: 196 10/1: 208.2 10/2: 207.0 10/3: 207.8 :( Unfortunately I had a mild binge last night (500 calories over budget) so the results could have been worse. 10/4: 208.0 Not freaking out about this, I mean it sucks - but I didn't work out last night and I barely drank any water. Plus I feel kind of bloated. |

DARN YOU TWO-TEENS, I HATE YOU! ahem. Anywho, these two-teens are my arch nemesis, apparently... I've been on plan for months now, and my body doesn't want to let go. Hopefully this will hold true to the 160's, :lol:!! Here we go: 10/1: 217.8 10/2: 217.6 10/3: 216.6 10/4: 216.8 :crossed: for 210 by 10/31. Were having a halloween party on 10/29, and I'm on jury duty - potentially - the week of 10/24.. UGH. |
