10/1: 160.5 (artificially high - TOM plus lots of sodium from eating out yesterday - yesterday I weighed in at 158.5)
10/2: 159 (Yay! Though this bouncing between the 160s and 150s is officially driving me crazy) 10/3: 158.5 10/4: 157.5 10/5: 157 10/6: 158.5 (grr!) 10/7: 158 10/8: 156 (!!!) 10/9: 156.5 10/10: 155.5 10/10: 155.5 10/11: 156.5 (grr!) 10/12: 155.5 10/13: 155.5 I was a bit worried about today's weigh-in because I had an unplanned for "cheat day" yesterday. I went out for dinner and had pasta with a cream sauce, french fries, and cake! Totally worth it, and very glad the damage wasn't worse. |

Goal Weight: 169 (Healthy BMI) 10/1 - 182 (I had reached 178 before TOM and I usually gain between 4-5 lbs of water weight) 10/2 - Didn't weigh in because we were moving :-/ 10/3 - 180 10/4 - 179 10/5 - 177 10/6 - 177 10/7 - 178.8 - Expected this because I had a pretty heavy meal and some goodies yesterday. 10/8 - 176.6 - Very excited! Because we went to the Cheesecake Factory. It was a practice in denial and moderation. 10/9 - 178.4 - Champagne and cookies are my weakness 10/10 - 179 - MUST DRINK WATER!!!
