Ugh, the exact same as yesterday. Me no likey. I do think getting up WAY earlier than normal probably has something to do with it. It is just not my normal morning routine. Well, tough day today diet wise, but I will fight on through to tomorrow and hopefully see a much better weigh in.

10/3: 207.8 :( Unfortunately I had a mild binge last night (500 calories over budget) so the results could have been worse.

Starting Weight: 182 (High due to TOM and sodium)
Goal Weight: 169 (Healthy BMI)

10/1 - 182 (I had reached 178 before TOM and I usually gain between 4-5 lbs of water weight)
10/2 - Didn't weigh in due to a move
10/3 - 180

10/1: 160.5 (artificially high - TOM plus lots of sodium from eating out yesterday - yesterday I weighed in at 158.5)
10/2: 159 (Yay! Though this bouncing between the 160s and 150s is officially driving me crazy)
