  • Ok, started slacking and stopped posting halfway through last month (but stayed on plan). Didn't lose nearly enough last month - but at least I didn't go up! Let'd make October a great one! Setting a high goal, but I'm going to try my best - I've been hoping for a long time to be down to 180 by Halloween!
