Starting Weight: 182 (High due to TOM and sodium)
Goal Weight: 169 (Healthy BMI) 10/1 - 182 (I had reached 178 before TOM and I usually gain between 4-5 lbs of water weight) 10/2 - Didn't weigh in because we were moving :-/ 10/3 - 180 10/4 - 179 10/5 - 177 10/6 - 177 10/7 - 178.8 - Expected this because I had a pretty heavy meal and some goodies yesterday. 10/8 - 176.6 - Very excited! Because we went to the Cheesecake Factory. It was a practice in denial and moderation. 10/9 - 178.4 - Champagne and cookies are my weakness 10/10 - 179 - MUST DRINK WATER!!! Starting Weight: 166 Goal Weight: 158 10/10: 166.4 10/11: 166.2 10/12: 166.6 10/13: 164.4 - YAY! 10/14: 165.1 - Boo! I ate kinda late! 10/15: 164.2 10/16: 164.4 10/17: 163.4 - YAY! 10/18: 165.0 - :O 10/19: 164.0 - ... 10/20: 162.0 - YAY!! 10/21: 161.2 - YAY!! -- I actually weighed myself right before bed on the 20th, and it was at 162.0 in the moring, BUT I'm couting the 161.2 :p |
