Hi everyone, good luck for Oct, Didn't quite reach goal last month but a loss is a loss :)

10/1: 160.5 (artificially high - TOM plus lots of sodium from eating out yesterday - yesterday I weighed in at 158.5)
10/2: 159 (Yay! Though this bouncing between the 160s and 150s is officially driving me crazy) 10/3: 158.5 10/4: 157.5 10/5: 157 10/6: 158.5 (grr!) 10/7: 158 10/8: 156 (!!!) |

10/2: 207.0 10/3: 207.8 Unfortunately I had a mild binge last night (500 calories over budget) so the results could have been worse. 10/4: 208.0 Not freaking out about this, I mean it sucks - but I didn't work out last night and I barely drank any water. Plus I feel kind of bloated. 10/5: 207.0 Hooray! 10/6: 207.8 I'm going to assume this is water weight from working out, because I have been on plan consistently - even UNDER my calorie budget. Gah, this is so frustrating! 10/7: 207.8 10/8: 207.8 Normally, this would bother me. But I started my TOM a full week early last night, which could explain why I'm not losing this week! Honestly, I'm relieved. |

Officially down 40lbs in 15 weeks after having my sweet baby girl. Obviously, I would like it to be faster, but I will take what i can get. Congrats 170andcounting... |

Goal: 179.9 10/1/11: 185.8 10/2/11: 185.2 10/3/11: 185.6 10/4/11: 186.2 (weighed in at night, instead of first thing in the morning) 10/5/11 - 10/7-11: no morning weigh-ins (busy at work, had to be in early, yada yada) 10/8/11: 185.4 no loss, but no gain at least |
Starting Weight: 182 (High due to TOM and sodium)
Goal Weight: 169 (Healthy BMI) 10/1 - 182 (I had reached 178 before TOM and I usually gain between 4-5 lbs of water weight) 10/2 - Didn't weigh in because we were moving :-/ 10/3 - 180 10/4 - 179 10/5 - 177 10/6 - 177 10/7 - 178.8 - Expected this because I had a pretty heavy meal and some goodies yesterday. 10/8 - 176.6 - Very excited! Because we went to the Cheesecake Factory. It was a practice in denial and moderation. 10/9 - 178.4 - Champagne and cookies are my weakness :( |

1/10 - 171 lbs 2/10 - 170 lbs 3/10 - 171 lbs ~ Need to hydrate myself, been a bit slack with the water consumption! 4/10 - 171 lbs ~ Grrr...need more water! 5/10 - 171 lbs ~ Stay calm... 6/10 - 172 lbs ~ Lack of water + cokes + burger = This. 7/10 - 171 lbs ~ Getting better, but would love to see that 170 before Sunday! 8/10 - 171 lbs ~ Really got my fingers crossed! 9/10 - 170 lbs ~ YAAAY!! Hoping that it's OK that I join in almost mid-month. I can feel myself starting to slip and I really need the daily accountability. My (middle) name is Alexis, live in northern NJ, was working in sales/marketing for a hotel, but that'll be changing as of the end of this week. (Just gave notice! WooHoo!) Don't have a concrete plan in mind, but have a temp job lined up for next week, and am meeting w. my friend's father tomorrow to discuss possibly working for his company in the interim.
