Default I'm back!

Hey ladies! So I was here a long time ago, but haven't been on in a while. I'm trying to get my butt in gear and get in shape for my wedding in July, but I am having trouble breaking out of the 170's. I will try to check in regularly to see how everyone is doing and probably to do a little venting! I'm excited to be back!

Hey girls!

Welcome back to the newbs!

I'm sitting here enjoying my oatmeal with apples & cinnamon The scale was kind to me today & I was at 167.8! Praise GOD! I was miserable all day yesterday - my stomach is just not used to super rich foods anymore, which is fantastic, but it's going to make my trip to Ca next week a little challenging. I'll figure it out

Hope everyone has a great Thursday! (This week is D...r...a...g...g...i...n...g...)

Hey ladies!

I am in and out of these threads every few months...lol soo I'm still in this range of weight. I'm going to try not to weigh myself everyday b/c it makes me crazy! lol Last weigh in was Sunday and it was 172 point something, but I have weighed in (cheater, I know) since and things are looking good so far!

For the first time ever, I went vegan! I really liked the idea of not calorie counting. I've tried it (numerous times) along with weight watchers' points system,...and I hate doing it, so I don't stick with it.

Obviously, a vegan diet doesn't necessarily equal weight loss. However, I've also cut out refined sugar and flour so I think I'm going to be ok. Vegan proteins are very filling (beans, whole grains, etc.) so I'm not deprived at all. And I eat something yummy every single day to keep my spirits up :-) Organic Vegan raspberry dark chocolate, vegan cookies, etc. (in small quantities, of course). In short, I know it's not for most, but I'm LOVING this diet!!

Also, I have a big Florida vacation coming up soon. I leave May 7 so I want to be about 15 pounds down by then. A real motivator, considering all my summer weather clothes are way too small for me! I may still have to do some shopping but what the heck.

Anywhooo, nice to meet you all and good luck on your weight loss journeys!

Ugh, agree that this is the week that won't END. I'm bouncing between 177 and 178 and it's driving me nutters! Gonna switch to level 2 of the 30 day shred tonight and hoping that it will kickstart the whoosh

Hello ladies! I agree, this week WILL NOT END! Haha.

Welcome to the ladies joining us and returning!

I had to come check in to hold myself responsible. I am back on track after 4 days of just half assing it. Back on track and at 161.0 even. I am hoping to be at 160 by Monday so that the following Monday I can officially be WELL out of the 160's at 158. ANYTHING. Here's to hoping I can be fully on track all day and get my mind back in the game!

I've been stuck at 172 since September, so I decided it was time to get a new routine going. Last week I had two days in a row at 169! Today was 170.2, so I'm hoping tomorrow I see that 169 again

Two whooshes in a row, I'm so happy! 171.6 this morning, so now there's NO.WAY. I will be back at stupid 176/177 - if I saw those numbers one more time I was going to throw my scale out the window! I had Chipotle for dinner I couldn't resist! They built one over here about 6 months ago (jerks KNEW when I was starting to diet or something!) and I've refrained this whole time. But for some reason it was all I could think about all day, and it fit into my calories, so I gave in. Hopefully I'm not up too much tomorrow.

And I agree - I feel like this week has been going on FOREVER!!! And I still have a full day of classes tomorrow before the weekend :/ erghhh

Girls, stop wishing the week away! It's my Spring Break, which means that I get to work only 40 hours this week as opposed to the normal 60ish. Loving it!

I've been exercising but I've also been feeling amazingly bloated. Crazy bloated. I think PMS is just starting up early- lovely.

mdchick - I love love chipotle! I get their burrito bowl (the one without the actual wrap) with chicken, lettuce and every other veggie and some beans, it's amazing and not bad on calories! Don't beat yourself up over it!

Kriz - I'm secretly wishing you don't get into the 150s so you stay here with us

Becca - Hoping for your whoosh!

MD - Yay!!! I feel like 168 is the go-to number for me right now, & it makes you wanna throw that damn scale. But yay! No more!

Today was great! Great eating, coulda drank more water, the Shred was great...<<<wtf am I saying?? But it was! I feel much stronger & more capable of doing the exercises. As long as I don't have to listen to Jillian & just turn something else on, it's easy peasy.

Have a great night! "See" you girls tomorrow

Morning everyone, happy Friday (sorry, Sunny, that it means Spring Break is almost over)! I agree, this week has dragged big time.

Scale was kind to me this morning- 159.6! Makes for a week's loss of 1.6 which I am very happy with. If you don't mind, I'm going to post here this next week as well as possibly posting in the 140s/150s thread until I'm sure I'm out of the 160s.

Congrats Summer, MD and Madison on your losses!

MD- Chipoltle is so, so, so good. My mouth is watering thinking about it.

Madison- I know how you feel about 30 DS. I feel a lot stronger as well on it (I'm still on level 1...been there about 5 days) but Jillian's voice is starting to irritate. Why does she call everyone "buddy"? You call a dog "buddy" not a person.
