Well ladies, here are my final assessments from the 8 week boot camp challenge! I ended up placing 2nd! I'm okay but not totally happy about it because the girl who won did her pushups and planks on her knees, but what can ya do? I got 2nd!!! And more then anything, I progressed!

Kriz! OMG your stats are awesome! You are SOOO SMALL! Those measurements are fantastic! You should be sooo proud. And don't even let it bother you that you didn't get first cause the other girl didn't do true pushups or planks. Planks are evil! And doing them on your knees is nothing. I can't believe they would allow that. You should have done them on your knees if that is the case. You did an amazing job and I am so proud of you! Your numbers truly indicate just how hard you worked! Good for you girl. You are the most dedicated person I 'know' and I would give you a huge hug if I could! So what'd you win for 2nd?

Today= 176.4. A small loss, but atleast it's down a tish.

Either my body or my scale hate me...maybe both. I'm still at 168.0. I don't know what I did wrong. I've hit my calories, doing the Shred, drinking 4L of water a day...

167.8 today, and that's after going way off plan Friday night and yesterday. I did start taking cinnamon supplements so maybe they are helping me.

Kriz - Yay for you!! I don't like the girl that won. =/ Girl push-ups don't count - although they count when I'm doing them during the Shred And thanks for the encouragement. I just REALLY wanna hit 165 before I leave for CA next Tuesday. We'll see. I'm gettin' back to the basics today - more yogurt, fruit, even more water. 167 WILL be on the scale tomorrow!

Still sitting at 167.8, which is fine with me. I've noticed I lose in wooshes. I'll maintain a weight for ~3 days and then drop suddenly, so I'm ok weighing in at the same weight.

Yay Madison!! Today was your first day of Level 2 of 30DS right? Are you alive? Haha I started a day after you, so I'll move to L2 tomorrow and I'm scared!

I was at 174.8 this morning (ergh!) but I'm trying to just have a good attitude about it. I lost 50 pounds really quickly, so I guess it was inevitable that I would stall eventually. I really want to get to 150 by graduation, which is about 2 1/2 months away. At this point, I still think it's possible. Hopefully having a better attitude about it will make my scale want to move faster

Oh hey!

Trying to get down past 160! Been sitting at 170 for the past week... just got a big drop to 167 in the past few days! (Please understand... these are approximate. I don't have access to a scale in the tenths. Not sure I'd want one.) I think it's cause I've been stricter about counting my carbs.

Can't wait to make it to 159 and have a "normal" BMI

168.8 today. Ugh. But, I think I am retaining water due to slight arthritis overnight. And, TMI, I know, but I didn't have a BM this morning. Hoping for a lower number tomorrow. Not getting too upset by it, because I know I ate well yesterday and stuck to my plan.

I really need to get motivated to work out some more, work just has me so busy. Mondays I'm 7-5, Tuesdays 7-6, Wednesdays 7-4 and I do work out from 6-7, Thursdays is 7-6, Fridays 7-4. Weekends are just so busy with things I havent gotten to do during the week. I just need to commit myself to it.

It'll get better in a month. Tues and Thurs will be 7-4, tutoring will be over after school.
