October Exercise Challenge
I'm going for 25/31 days in October.
Oct 1: Rest (what, I'm sick!) Oct 2: Run/Walk - 30 minutes, Elliptical - 12 minutes, push ups, crunches, dips Oct 3: Spinning - 1 hour Oct 4: Stairmaster - 40 minutes. Push ups, ball crunches, lunges, side lunges, leg lifts, dips Oct 5: Running - 30 minutes, Stairmaster - 15 minutes, Arm Pedal - 10 minutes, crunches Oct 6: Stairmaster - 40 minutes, Arm Pedal - 15 minutes, push ups, ball crunches, lunges, side lunges, leg lifts Oct 7: Rest Oct 8: 40 minutes stairmaster, ball crunches, dips, push-ups Oct 9: 2 hours tennis Oct 10: Stairmaster - 7 minutes, Spinning - 60 minutes Oct 11: Stairmaster - 40 minutes, crunches, leg lifts, lunges, side lunges, push-ups, dips, stretching. Oct 12: Running - 4.3 miles (60 minutes), crunches, stretching Oct 13: Stairmaster - 40 minutes, Arm Pedal - 15 minutes, crunches, push ups, leg lifts, lunges, side lunges, stretching Oct 14: Rest Oct 15: Rest Oct 16: Walking around New Hope Oct 17: elliptical - 30 minutes, push ups, stretching Oct 18: elliptical - 30 minutes, stretching Oct 19: ellipitcal - 45 minutes, arm pedal - 17 minutes, stretching Oct 20: Stairmaster - 45 minutes, arm pedal - 5 minutes, crunches, push ups, stretching Oct 21: Rest Oct 22: 45 minutes elliptical, dips, push ups, crunches, stretches Oct 23: 55 minutes ellipitical, crunches, stretches Oct 24: 50 minutes elliptical, crunches, dips, stretches Oct 25: 45 minutes elliptical, stretches Oct 26: 65 minutes elliptical, crunches, push ups, dips, stretches Oct 27: 30 minutes elliptical, 14 minutes arc trainer, 10 minutes stair master, crunches, stretches Oct 28: Rest Oct 29: 40 minutes running, dips, push ups, crunches Oct 30: 40 minutes elliptical, push ups, crunches Oct 31: Hungover/rest I only made it to 24, but considering I threw my back out and started the month with a wicked cold, I'm still going to consider this month a success. |

October goal: 175 by Halloween! 1- 2.5 mile walk- 182.0 lbs. 2- Zumba class- 182.8 lbs 3- n/a- 182.0 lbs 4- Zumba- 181.8 lbs 5- n/a- 181.4 lbs 6- Zumba + 1 mile walk- 180.6 lbs *30th Birthday* 7- Spin class- 181.8 lbs 8- n/a- 180.6 lbs 9- n/a- 183.0 lbs (Drank Fri night, yikes) 10- 2 hour Zumbathon! 182.6 lbs 11- Zumba- 181.6 lbs 12- Kickboxing- 180.8 lbs 13- Spin class- 182.6 lbs GGRRRRRRR 14- Zumba- 182.2 lbs 15- n/a 182.6 lbs 16- Zumba- 182.6 lbs 17- 1 mile walk + horse back ride- 182.4 lbs 18- Zumba + 1 mile walk- 183.8 lbs I don't get it. 19- Kickboxing- 183.6 lbs F.M.Scale 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 |
I'm going for 16 days at least in October. My birthday is the 30th, so I'd like to drop a few pounds to make my birthday dress fit a little better. :)

Ooo, this'll help keep me on track. I've been slacking a bit with the exercise lately. I'll be aiming for 25/31 days of exercise in October.

I'm going to try to exercise atleast 17 days of the 31 for Oct! I'd like to do more but my schedule is super busy so I'm trying to keep it realistic so as to not disappoint myself.

10/01 0 Minutes...bad me 10/02 0 minutes...bad me AGAIN 10/03 65 minutes...brisk walking, about 2.5 miles 10/04 about 5 minutes of HIIT: I suck! 10/05 30 minutes of brisk walking, a little over a mile 10/06 Week one of C25K 10/07 Week one of C25K 10/08 Week One of C25K 10/09 1 Hour of Bootcamp (ish just got real!) 10/10 Nothing...But I didn't feel bad it was my rest day (Sunday!) 10/11 1 Hour of Bootcamp 10/12 1 Hour of Bootcamp 10/13 1 Hour of Bootcamp (it wasn't as bad today!) 10/14 1 Hour of Bootcamp 10/15 30 minutes of stair drills, 10 minutes of light cardio warm-up 10/16 Nothing 10/17 Nothing (it rained! That is so not an excuse) 10/18 Nothing (I know, I need to quit) 10/19 35 minutes of Bootcamp (it's my birthday too!) 10/20 50 Minutes of Bootcamp 10/21 1 Hour of Bootcamp 10/22 1 Hour of Bootcamp 10/23 just some walking around a zoo for about 30 minutes 10/24 Nothing. I'm going to pledge 25 workouts this month. I'm taking a week and a half trip to California for my GF's wedding and I'm going to try and workout while I'm down there.
