I'm going for 22 days of exercise in October.
10/1 = Day Off 10/2 = Day Off (My birthday) 10/3 = Day Off 10/4 = 30 minute bike ride 10/5 = 22 minutes stationary bike (better than the 0 minutes I wanted to do) 10/6 = Day Off (urgh...it's hard so far this month to push myself into it) 10/7 = 25 minutes stationary bike 10/8 = 30 minutes stationary bike (yay for intense biking and finally getting back into it!) |

10/1: Boot Camp Day 20 (last day) - 60 minutes 1/22 10/2: 5K Red October Run - 42:50 minutes 2/22 10/3: Day Off 10/4: Day Off 10/5: Spinning - 60 minutes 3/22 10/6: Body Pump - 60 minutes 4/22 10/7: Spinning - 60 minutes 5/22 10/8: Kickboxing - 45 minutes 6/22 |
6/20 W7D3 C25k, 5 min stairmaster, 25 min arc trainer (highest resistance!) and W1D1 C25K for speed

I'm going to pledge 25 workouts this month. I'm taking a week and a half trip to California for my GF's wedding and I'm going to try and workout while I'm down there.

I'm hoping for 27 workouts this month. I'm getting a large-area tattoo all day on the 21st though, so we'll see how it goes after that.

Hi everyone! I'm kinda new to this website. I was doing a crazy starvation diet but realized it was too hard & instead I want to do it the healthy way and plain old hard work!! Heres my goal. I am starting Monday :)
This is my Workout Schedule I typed up: Workout Schedule Monday - Saturday • 8 a.m- Wake up • 8:15 a.m-9:15 a.m - Morning Workout: Taebo • 9:30 a.m-10 a.m - Breakfast • 12:00 p.m -Midnoon snack • 12:15 p.m-1:15p.m -Afternoon Workout: Taebo • 1:45 p.m-2:30 p.m- Lunch • 4:30 p.m- Mid day snack • 6:30-7:00p.m - Dinner • 9:00p.m-9:30p.m- Evening Workout: Jillian 30 Day Shred * This will be my workout schedule from October 11th - November 25th . * My challenge is to lose 30lbs in 6 weeks & Yes I Will Do It!! :carrot: good luck everyone!! |

Think it could have something to do with the depression, but its a bad cycle - the exercise helps with the depression but I don't exercise because I'm depressed. |

I'm going to try to exercise atleast 17 days of the 31 for Oct! I'd like to do more but my schedule is super busy so I'm trying to keep it realistic so as to not disappoint myself.
Oct 1: 17 minutes on the exercise bike, 5 mins on the eliptical 1/17 Oct 2: 1 hour walk 2/17 Oct 3: off day Oct 4: unplanned off day >:-( Oct 5: 30DS L1, 1 hour bellydance 3/17 Oct 6: unplanned off day again. I hate my busy schedule. Oct 7: 1 hour bellydance 4/17 Oct 8: offday Oct 9: 25 mins arm training 5/17 Oct 10: 1 hour walk 6/17 Oct 11: 25 min leg training 7/17 |
