I'm going to try to exercise atleast 17 days of the 31 for Oct! I'd like to do more but my schedule is super busy so I'm trying to keep it realistic so as to not disappoint myself.
Oct 1: 17 minutes on the exercise bike, 5 mins on the eliptical 1/17 Oct 2: 1 hour walk 2/17 Oct 3: off day Oct 4: unplanned off day >:-( Oct 5: 30DS L1, 1 hour bellydance 3/17 Oct 6: unplanned off day again. I hate my busy schedule. Oct 7: 1 hour bellydance 4/17 Oct 8: offday Oct 9: 25 mins arm training 5/17 Oct 10: 1 hour walk 6/17 Oct 11: 25 min leg training 7/17 Oct 12: 25 min shoulder and back training 8/17 Oct 13: Off day Oct 14: 1 hour bellydance 9/17 |
I'm going to pledge 25 workouts this month. I'm taking a week and a half trip to California for my GF's wedding and I'm going to try and workout while I'm down there.

10/1 = Day Off 10/2 = Day Off (My birthday) 10/3 = Day Off 10/4 = 30 minute bike ride 10/5 = 22 minutes stationary bike (better than the 0 minutes I wanted to do) 10/6 = Day Off (urgh...it's hard so far this month to push myself into it) 10/7 = 25 minutes stationary bike 10/8 = 30 minutes stationary bike (yay for intense biking and finally getting back into it!) 10/9 = Day Off (so much for getting back into the exercise...) 10/10 = Day Off (I'm doing so good at NOT exercising at the moment) 10/11 = 32 minutes stationary bike 10/12 = Day Off (bleh 10/13 = 35 minutes treadmill (20 min total jogging, 15 min total walking) 10/14 = 25 minutes treadmill (20 min jogging, 5 min walking) 10/15 = 2 x 20 (ish) minute walks 10/16 = Day Off |
