October Exercise Challenge
 
I'm going for 25/31 days in October.

Oct 1: Rest (what, I'm sick!)
Oct 2: Run/Walk - 30 minutes, Elliptical - 12 minutes, push ups, crunches, dips
Oct 3: Spinning - 1 hour
Oct 4: Stairmaster - 40 minutes. Push ups, ball crunches, lunges, side lunges, leg lifts, dips
Oct 5: Running - 30 minutes, Stairmaster - 15 minutes, Arm Pedal - 10 minutes, crunches
Oct 6: Stairmaster - 40 minutes, Arm Pedal - 15 minutes, push ups, ball crunches, lunges, side lunges, leg lifts
Oct 7: Rest
Oct 8: 40 minutes stairmaster, ball crunches, dips, push-ups
Oct 9: 2 hours tennis
Oct 10: Stairmaster - 7 minutes, Spinning - 60 minutes
Oct 11: Stairmaster - 40 minutes, crunches, leg lifts, lunges, side lunges, push-ups, dips, stretching.
Oct 12: Running - 4.3 miles (60 minutes), crunches, stretching
Oct 13: Stairmaster - 40 minutes, Arm Pedal - 15 minutes, crunches, push ups, leg lifts, lunges, side lunges, stretching
Oct 14: Rest
Oct 15: Rest
Oct 16: Walking around New Hope
Oct 17: elliptical - 30 minutes, push ups, stretching
Oct 18: elliptical - 30 minutes, stretching
Oct 19: ellipitcal - 45 minutes, arm pedal - 17 minutes, stretching
Oct 20: Stairmaster - 45 minutes, arm pedal - 5 minutes, crunches, push ups, stretching
Oct 21: Rest
Oct 22: 45 minutes elliptical, dips, push ups, crunches, stretches
Oct 23: 55 minutes ellipitical, crunches, stretches
Oct 24: 50 minutes elliptical, crunches, dips, stretches
Oct 25: 45 minutes elliptical, stretches
Oct 26: 65 minutes elliptical, crunches, push ups, dips, stretches
Oct 27: 30 minutes elliptical, 14 minutes arc trainer, 10 minutes stair master, crunches, stretches
Oct 28: Rest
Oct 29: 40 minutes running, dips, push ups, crunches
Oct 30: 40 minutes elliptical, push ups, crunches
Oct 31: Hungover/rest

I only made it to 24, but considering I threw my back out and started the month with a wicked cold, I'm still going to consider this month a success.

I'm going for 16 days at least in October. My birthday is the 30th, so I'd like to drop a few pounds to make my birthday dress fit a little better. :)

I'm going to try to exercise atleast 17 days of the 31 for Oct! I'd like to do more but my schedule is super busy so I'm trying to keep it realistic so as to not disappoint myself.

Haven't done a monthly challenge in over a year.. these were always good at 'holding myself to' working out ;) Probably will do mostly zumba and pole fitness. Considering the 30 days for $30 at Curves, but idk.. Good luck, ladies!

8th- Day off
9th- 30 mins elliptical 6/20
10th- Day off
11th- 30 mins elliptical 7/20
12th- 30 mins elliptical 8/20

17th- 40 mins wii fit plus 11/20

19th- No exercising, emotional drama sapped my will :(
