I'm going for 22 days of exercise in October.
10/1 = Day Off 10/2 = Day Off (My birthday) 10/3 = Day Off 10/4 = 30 minute bike ride 10/5 = 22 minutes stationary bike (better than the 0 minutes I wanted to do) 10/6 = Day Off (urgh...it's hard so far this month to push myself into it) 10/7 = 25 minutes stationary bike 10/8 = 30 minutes stationary bike (yay for intense biking and finally getting back into it!) 10/9 = Day Off (so much for getting back into the exercise...) 10/10 = Day Off (I'm doing so good at NOT exercising at the moment) 10/11 = 32 minutes stationary bike 10/12 = Day Off (bleh 10/13 = 35 minutes treadmill (20 min total jogging, 15 min total walking) 10/14 = 25 minutes treadmill (20 min jogging, 5 min walking) 10/15 = 2 x 20 (ish) minute walks 10/16 = Day Off 10/17 = Day Off (silly weekends getting in the way) 10/18 = 30 minutes stationary bike, 15 minutes rowing machine 10/19 = 1 hour Zumba 10/20 = Day Off 10/21 = 2 x 20 minute walks (not sure if I should actually count these...but it was what I was going for as exercise) 10/22 = 30 minutes stationary bike 10/23 = Day Off (but did walk around all day shopping...not counting it) 10/24 = Day Off 10/25 = Day Off 10/26 = 1 hour Zumba 10/27 = 40 minutes treadmill (30 mins nonstop jogging, 10 min fast walking) 10/28 = 45 minutes treadmill (35 mins nonstop jogging, 10 min fast walking) 10/29 = 20 minutes stationary bike 10/30 = Day Off 10/31 = Day Off Didn't make my goal of 22 workouts, only did 16! Not a great effort but I made some pretty good achievements fitness-wise this month so I am not too disappointed. I think I'm going to set a more reasonable goal for November that suits me better. |
I'm going to pledge 25 workouts this month. I'm taking a week and a half trip to California for my GF's wedding and I'm going to try and workout while I'm down there.

10/1: Boot Camp Day 20 (last day) - 60 minutes 1/22 10/2: 5K Red October Run - 42:50 minutes 2/22 10/3: Day Off 10/4: Day Off 10/5: Spinning - 60 minutes 3/22 10/6: Body Pump - 60 minutes 4/22 10/7: Spinning - 60 minutes 5/22 10/8: Kickboxing - 45 minutes 6/22 10/9: Day Off 10/10: Day Off 10/11: Trekking (Treadmill class) - 50 minutes 7/22 10/12: Spinning - 60 minutes 8/22 10/13: Off 10/14:Off 10/15: Off 10/16: Gym (Kickboxing, Treadmill, Weights) - 40 Minutes 9/22 Gonna be a challenge to meet my goal..life got complicated but I will try to make it work! 10/17: Day Off 10/18: Kickboxing - 60 minutes 10/22 10/19: Personal Training - 20 minutes 11/22 10/20: Pilates - 25 minutes and Walking - 40 minutes 12/22 10/21:Abs Video - 10 minutes and Walking - 40 minutes 13/22 10/22: Cardio Kickboxing Video - 20 minutes and Walking - 10 minutes 14/22 10/23: House Work - 20 minutes and Walking - 10 minutes 15/22 10/24: House Work - 20 minutes and Walking - 10 minutes 16/22 10/25: Rest Day 10/26: Spinning/Yoga - 60 minutes 17/22 10/27: Kickboxing - 60 minutes 18/22 10/28: Spinning - 60 minutes 19/22 10/29: Zumba - 60 minutes 20/22 10/30: Gym - 30 minutes 21/22 10/31: Rest day 21 out of 22. An 'A'. :) |
22/20 30 min run (on Oct 30th - while on vacation!)
So I did a little better than my goal! Yay! Now I have to face my weigh-in in the morning. I had way too much fast food during our vacation. :( |
