Good morning everyone! So, good news and bad news this morning. My mini goal was Onederland and when I met it I was going to buy myself a digital scale. Well, my amazing husband new this and surprised me with one early. I thought I was down to 212 on my crappy old scale.
Not so much... I got on it last night and it said 218. I wanted to cry. But this morning it's 215.8. So I'm heavier than I thought I was, but at least now I KNOW and am not wondering if my scale is just stupid. Soooo....

I'm trying my hardest to stay positive and not get dragged into that dumb old "well it IS the weekend" mentality that always leads to cheating... because I've pretty much screwed myself all week. I haven't earned a cheat day.
