I just got a new digital scale, it weighs me twoish pounds higher than my old analog one, but I'm switching to it anyway because I crave those tenth fluctuations for some ungodly reason. Anyway I am so up for this!

Great timing! Had an awful weekend (well, really great actually, but major diet fail), and definitely need some accountability.

Thanks to my weekend I'm looking at:

SW: 233. What the crap, man. I was so stoked I hit the 220's and I let one stinking weekend take it away.
GW: 225

I want to be firmly into the 220s by the end of this month, if not hitting the 210s.

I'm in the early stages of losing weight (Again. For the hundredth time or so.), so I tend to lose about .5 lb -1 lb a day. So this goal is somewhat conservative. But I'm sure my loss will slow down soon enough.
