Sept. of 2008 I weighed 206lbs, lost 56lbs by March of '09, stayed between 150-165lbs until March '10 then went off the deep end until now.

GW: 180 (I know i have a lot of water weight to lose)

19: 184.8 Pants already fitting better.

23: 186.2 Had some lemon drops (vodka, splenda, lemon juice)over the weekend, was my cheat for the week.

24: 183.8 Yay! Even on 1st day of TOM today, very suprising.
25: 183.4 SO happy! Forgot how good it felt to exercise and eat right, getting back in my mode!
26: 185.0 ?????? Ate on plan, got in a very sweaty workout... Must have been too much sodium.
