Whoops, haven't updated for a while! But I am 6/24.
I've been doing all cardio, mostly on the treadmill with some bike thrown in. |

Did some strength training and cardio. I've been exhausted and with little appetite for awhile now. Bleh. |

5/15 zumba again. this time i didn't go as hard because unbeknownst to me it was an "ab night"...the day after i did pilates. i'm sore :(

Thanks! :) Have you tried C25K before? The workouts will get easier (and harder then easier then harder then easier LoL!...) I've done it twice and got as far as the 20 minute run before I fizzled out. :/ Hoping to stick with it this time! |

Okay so I'm at 2/20 (yeah I'm a slacker) currently.
I did a 30 min lower body work out with the trainer last night (included sumo squats, wall squats, lunges onto a bosu ball, reverse crunches, crunches ON the bosu ball, etc, etc.... Today I will be going for another session for upper body. Will fill you guys in then!!! :) KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK EVERYONE! |
I'm a bit late but still have 3 weeks left! I've been working out 4x/week pretty consistently since Jan but want to up it because I've started slacking on the food side. I pledge at least 30min of activity every day except Saturdays (rest day)... so 19 workouts by June 30 (including today).

3/18 done. Still going slow but my workouts are getting much easier so I am feeling good about catching up. I am C25K'er too! :D
