it's been a year - and now i'm back on track with toning my body ^_^
Last year i've been lacking on exercise and starting this month i'm going to fully workout so next month I can have a nice toned body to travel with my fiance <3

June 6 - 1 hour walking 5mph

4/20 (yesterday) - 60 min run/walk intervals - pushed self hard

5/20 - 50 min hike. Some pretty intense hills but could have pushed myself harder

Way to go chicas!

Looks like there are at least two other people doing C25k. That program is so great! We'll have to keep each other motivated! :)

I'm at 5/24 and just got finished with week 3 of C25k. And lost 2 pounds for my Monday weigh-in! SWEET! On Tuesday I'm starting low carb/south beachy-diet, so I can't wait to see the pounds drop!
