it's been a year - and now i'm back on track with toning my body ^_^
Last year i've been lacking on exercise and starting this month i'm going to fully workout so next month I can have a nice toned body to travel with my fiance <3 June 6 - 1 hour walking 5mph June 7 - 15 minutes jumping rope June 8 - morning: 20 minutes power walk June 9 June 10 June 11 June 12 June 13 June 14 June 15 June 16 June 17 June 18 June 19 June 20 June 21 June 22 June 23 June 24 June 25 June 26 June 27 June 28 June 29 June 30 |

5/20 - 50 min hike. Some pretty intense hills but could have pushed myself harder |

Way to go chicas!
Looks like there are at least two other people doing C25k. That program is so great! We'll have to keep each other motivated! :) I'm at 5/24 and just got finished with week 3 of C25k. And lost 2 pounds for my Monday weigh-in! SWEET! On Tuesday I'm starting low carb/south beachy-diet, so I can't wait to see the pounds drop! Keep it up everyone! :) |
