Ohh hello guys! I'm new at this, hopefully being part of this challenge will motivate me a bit more to stay on track!
So hopefully before 2010 ends I will meet my weight loss goal! Ok, not to get too ahead of myself, I will pledge 15 workouts for the month of June, 30 mins - 60 mins. I will do cycling, walking/jogging, elliptical and home workout videos. 4/15 completed 1. June 2nd- 20 mins home workout video, 20 mins walking 2. June 4th- 60 mins biking 3. June 5th- 60 mins biking! I'm really starting to like biking a lot :) 4. June 9th- 100 mins biking :) 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. 11. 12. 13. 14. 15. |

Today was the fit test, day 1 insanity :) |
Yay! This is PERFECT! I'm so in. I pledge at least 24 workouts, at at least 30 minutes each, hopefully 45 minutes-1 hr. I'm moving to los angeles for an internship program on the 20th and it's SO. HARD. for me to keep up a routine when I move cross country, so this is beyond perfect.
So far, without knowing about the challenge, I'm 2/2 :) |
2/20 - upper body weights and abs....back to back sets to get my heart rate up. Arms were so sore it hurt to wash my hair afterwards :)

1/15 gym workouts
Did arm training last night for 30 mins and 10 mins of jogging/walking on the treadmill. My boyfriend was beat, and it was late so that was all the cardio I got in sadly. |
