1/10 Strength training Today: 10 min run, 45 min arc trainer |
12/20 30 min BL power sculpt DVD,1 mile jog/walk and mowed the lawn. (I feel back on track..minus my ear and throat lol)

11/20 monday - 50 min upper body/abs with back to back sets to get HR up
12/20 tuesday - 45 min cardio (precor and then hills on treadmill) today - rest i think |
Mini-goal #1 reached - down 3 lbs!! Rewarded myself by buying new workout shorts/top combo. :)

13/20 BL Last chance workout DVD and a little time on the treadmill (kids didnt want that to happen lol)
