I'm up for the challenge! I fell off the wagon last month, but I'll do better this time. I'm going for 20 minutes of exercise every day. If I do more, great, but at the very least I want 20 minutes each day!

I am so in! My goal is 24 workouts this month! For atleast 30 minutes each. I have a great vacation in about a month so the extra help is great!

I'm aiming for 23. Either 23 hours or 23 workouts of at least 30 min, if I can make it to 23 this month it will be a huge win for me!

Okay so for those of you that were asking how this works....

When we start the challenge everyone says how many days/hours/whatever works for you they will be doing during the month.

When you have completed one you come back in here and post. If it's easier for you to keep a running tally you are more than welcome. You can check the other thread. Most of us just come in and say

3/19
20 minutes treadmill
30 minutes elliptical

or whatever it is that you do! :)

I'm in! My goal for this month is too exercise 5 days a week doing weight training 3x and cardio 3x. I'm going to finish up JM 30 day shred and for my cardio try to increase my running to 3 miles.

I want to commit to losing an inch and 1/2 off my waist this month, as well as 15 gym workouts!

Hey all - new here and looking for an exercise challenge! Figured I'd try this one out! :)

I'm pledging to do 6 workouts per week (or 24 in June) with cardio and strength training. Went to the beach yesterday and am more motivated than ever to get back to feeling healthy and good about body!

Also starting South Beach Diet on Monday. Hoping it will kickstart my weight loss! :)

Total Complete: 24/24 (Goal!!)
Starting Weight: 169
June Target Weight: 159 (Not so much goal....)

6/3 - 60 min bike ride (12.3 Miles) / Kind of strength trained

6/8 - 60 mins softball (I know...stretching it here...but 60 ft. sprints gotta count for something right?)

I am in again but this time I am going to get better about daily updates and harder workouts. I really need to step it up! I gained last month. I am not working hard enough. Woohooo can't wait to get started!

I vow to do 18 45 minute workouts over the next 30 days.

i'm in! my goal is 15 workouts for the month...and this time i'm going to count the days i split it up (10 min yoga am, 30 min run, 20 minutes weights pm) as one workout. this'll be tough. haha.
