I have the last chance workout, cardio max and power sculpt...the first 2 kick my butt...I'm pretty good at the power sculpt only took me a little over 2 weeks lol I just wish bob did all the DVDs :)

I think thats why I love the bootcamp Dvd........it's all Bob!
When doing the Cardio Max, I try to pick all of Bobs workouts. I'm just not feeling Jillian.

From yesterday - 3/30; 60 minute walk/run - really pushed myself and kept my HR up whole time!

PS I just lost my first pound as part of my new healthy lifestyle :)
