17/24 - C25k W5D3

Did the first non-interval workout on C25k - a 20 minute run. Kinda bummed that I ran the first 10 mins or so and then broke down and walked. However, I think I only walked 3 times and each time it was only about 15 seconds. Gotta keep my chin up! I'll get to the no walk stage eventually! On to W6 - first workout has intervals. Yes!
