1/10 Strength training Today: 10 min warmup, 30 min weights, 30 arc trainer I am so behind. I only got to go to the gym twice last week. I'm not sure I'll meet my goal for this month but I'll try to come as close as possible. |

10/24 done! Feeling great - but if I don't start doing 2-a-days, I have the feeling I'm not going to make my goal. Eek!
C25K is going awesome - today I'll be running the last week 4 workout. :) I can already feel my legs getting firmer and my pants aren't fitting quite as snug around the waist. Just kinda sucks that it's not showing on the scale (166.6 this AM - not enough off to change the ticker to three pounds down. Booo!) Also...I've been saying I'm going to do South Beach, but haven't started. Whoops. Maybe I'll go grocery shopping today? |
