This thread has been my little friend for the last month and although I'm ready to move on, I want to remember how hard I've worked. How are you ladies doing?! |
I hit 209 this morning. I hope to be in onderland my the middle of next month or so.

I never know how fast I will lose it though! I swear I stay one weight for a week and then all of a sudden I whoose 3 lbs or so and then start the process from there. Its so random.

I get that, usually I get a minor gain each month, making up with a nice loss the week later (I figure the gain was actually a hidden loss) but mostly head down in various low numbers.
I never know what to expect on the scale, so I don't. ;) I just keep walkin', :D You'll be there soon enough, :hug: |
kabaker. for the last 5 weeks or so i stayed the same weight all week to find a 2-3lb drop during the weekend. totally overnight and out of nowhere. i'm totally OK with that as long as i can count on the trend continuing.

I'm at 206 currently... Jess were going to onderland asap...well you will be there first but I'll be there soon! ladies I dont know how I've lost 84 pounds and it just sounds soo crazy... |

Honestly it is a lot of hard work... I work out six days a week and sometimes seven... I get yelled at by the bf if I dont rest...
I would just say I'm very committed to where I want to end up...and that goal keeps me going |

It sure makes it easier on me that I'm not a drinker, those calories add up fast! :p

hey gals!
i disappeared but am back...how many times have i said that? anywho i am officially 216 and ready to get out of the 200's!! 9 day detox day 1 is halfway over and i am going spinning tonight, PT sessions 3x a week and spinning 3x a week lets do this! im so over restarting. this will be the last time for me. |
I need a kick in the butt guys. I am doing good on my eating but I NEED to get to the gym more. I did some this morning and I am going to go to a pilates class tonight I think but I am scared I will talk myself out of it!
