Just got a scale, and am sad to know that I'm at 185.9. I absolutely refuse to stay this high for long, so it's on like Donkey Kong. I'm aiming for the 170s by early June.

i was 185 and i jumped on the scale today and it said 179!!!!!so yay goodbye 180s i need to keep it goin down!!!

185.5 this morning!

That's nine pounds lost in ten days. Approx. 2.75 of those pounds is due to a reduction surgery I had a week ago; the rest is due to either not being allowed to eat the day of surgery, or loss of appetite due to the surgery and/or medicines I've been taking. I'm just now getting back to normal appetite (and a bagel with a glass of milk still fills me up).

Now if this just keeps up until I'm out of the 180s, I'll be a happy camper

Anyway, weighed in tonight at 185! So lets hope I can get out of here by Memorial day!

It feels like I have been at 183 forever, but in reality this is just a super slow month for me! Hoping to get into the 170s asap! Going to kick it up a notch on exercise!

Awesome! I know you were super stoked to see the scale that day.

I am at 181.5 of this afternoon. I'm still within the first week of weight loss and hoping this isn't a fluke!
