Be sure you are downloading/saving target as the part that says "DOWNLOAD WEEK 1" next to the play button and not the individual songs.

All I get downloaded is the little blue "play" box. I must be missing something. I never see "save target as".

You right-click on the download text and then save target as

Mojo,
That's so cool! I'm definitely going to try it out with 30DS. Although I'm on level 3 already so I'll be done with 30DS long before I'm done with this program.

Thanks guys you have all motivated me to start the program. I think I will try to do it Mon-Wed-Fri (weekends are crazy for me). So I will be starting Monday! I also think a c25k thread is a great idea to keep us all motivated...I need to get some new shoes.

Haha! That's the first thing I did when I started the program. They gave me blisters as I broke them in so I wore bandaids under my socks for a week but now I love my running shoes!

hey c25k'ers! lol

i am on w2,d3 and i think i will do the run monday. i notice that when i dont take enough time between runs my shins try to hurt. that is so painful and will set me back in ways i cant handle so i plan to take a rest day or two between most runs.

i will prob start week 3 on thursday.

this is like the 2nd time i have started the program and the first time i got to week 3 or 4 and it really is what helped me lose weight. everything else had me spinning my wheels so to speak. i wasnt gaining or losing. i really love to run and cant wait till i can just wake up and jog/run my 3.1 miles. it will be awesome.

Ditto to waking up and jogging 3.1 miles. My legs are super sore today! I normally always run 3 days in a row but I think next week I might have to rest in between runs.

I'm brand new to C25K and I did W1 D1 yesterday, and I really liked it! I get so BORED on the treadmill, just truckin along at the same speed for 30-40 minutes lol, so I really liked how c25K made you change things up... go for different periods of time at different speeds, etc. Definitely kept my interest and kept me paying attention lol.
