I read you're only supposed to do it 3x a week so what do you guys do for exercise on your days 'off'?
felt hard but good to finish it! did an arm workout after with dumbells, cause i tried to do the 100 push-up challenge day one only to realize i can't even to ONE REAL PUSH-UP
how sad is that????
