I did W2/D1 yesterday. Not bad, I just kept getting impatient cuz the 2 minutes of walking in between the 90 sec of jogging just felt like it took foreeeeever. I would have done better w/ 90 jogging, 60 walking or something I think... LOL I get bored easily

That nearly killed me, not sure why I just wasn't in the mood to work out. But the whole 90 seconds of running was easier then I expected!

Today's my rest day too, legs are a little sore. Nothing too bad though.

Yesterday was my rest day. Today should be W1D2 but I don't know if I'll be able to, I think I pulled a muscle this morning during 30DS. I'm going to baby it in hopes of a quicker recovery. I will probably still try to atleast walk on the treadmill later.

Today was W1D2 for me too. Later tonight is the same for the 100 pushup and 200 situp challenges Those are a lot more fun to do though!

w1d2 done today. We did it on the track today instead of the treadmill. It was windy. I'm very tired.

Did W2/D2 yesterday, but had to change it up to 90 sec jog, 60 sec walk (instead of 2 mins walk) cuz I felt like I was slacking too much lol.

I did Week 5, Day 2 today. I flew through the first 8 mins no problem, then I walked for 5 minutes. the last 3 minutes of the 2nd 8 min section was hard, but I pulled through! I am going to take a break tomorrow and give Week 5 Day 3 a try on Saturday!

If I can do it, I am going to go to Week 6. If I can't, I am going to repeat week 5! =]

Whine.

I don't want to do it today.

But I will because if I get off track I might not get back on.
