UUUUGGGGGGHHHHH working out just does not seem like fun tonight! I did alot of physical work at work yesterday so I concidered that my workout, but tonight I really have to do it...I want to do atleast 45 minutes...well guess I'll be watching TBL while I ride. Hope you are all well tonight!
That's the worst....when you just don't feel like working out, but you know you need to do it!!! I didn't really go to the gym last week all that much due to other responsibiities, so I am making sure to get back into it this week.
I did do 45 minutes on the elliptical machine today though. So, I was proud of that!
Thanks for the encouragement Chele! I just got off the bike and did 45 minutes. It always feels good once it is done, and even more to look at the bike and see that I just burned 472 calories...thats awesome, and so deserves a weight watchers Ice cream bar!! I can't wait until I can do the elliptical for 45 mins...I think I will start that soon!

I just finished eating a small bit of my dinner (Subway) before heading off to the gym in a little bit with my friend tonight. I usually go to the gym right after school during the week, except for Wednesdays when I go with my friend and we go a bit later because she needs to wait for her husband to get home from work to watch their kids. It's a ton of fun being there with her and talking the whole time because it really makes the 30+ minutes on the elliptical go by quickly, but we get home so late and I go to bed so early...haha.
Ladies Ladies Ladies...I had to share my excitement!! I went to the bookstore last night (I love to just browse the books)...and I found the biggest loser family cookbook...and it's AMAZING! The stuff in it looks and sounds so good. I can't wait to make my menu for next week WAHOO!!!!!! How are we all doing today?
I'm tired, hungry and pretty much out of food... I've been up all night playing World of Warcraft and for the last 30 minutes I've been trying to get ahold of the customer service for billing because it charged me for times when the online upgrade was down or something... Keep getting a damned busy signal. Then I have to wait until the mail comes at around 11am or so to go 40 minutes on the bus and grocery shop, come back and make breakfast... grr
Hi Ladies...man our board is so quiet..Where is everyone?!?! I am home from work today because my son has a fever of 104. I know high huh? Talked to his dr this morning and they will see him if it still there tomorrow...aggrivating. He does have to get his eyes checked today tho. How is everyone doin? I was bad last night and had chinese food...and a cookie...and 4 tootsie rolls, but then I worked my @ss off on the bike...did 10 miles in 45 mins. Hope you all are well!
