So I did really well all day and then we went and ordered pizza for dinner...sad to report I had 3 slices...but since I have not had anything greasy like that for a while now...it made me sick and at least 2 aren't in me anymore....sorry trying to be the least graphic I can...and I didnt get a work out in...though I did exercise my credit card...opps...I love christmas!! Double work out tomorrow...hope you all did well!!

I am going to be REALLY trying to get my workouts in each day. I just stepped on to do my weight...

I reached my goal of lose two pounds in 2 weeks way early... and I'm losing so fast that my Wii Board is worried for my health. haha

Oh and I got offered (in the last 2 days) a box of pizza from my neighbor, pizza from my friend, and I a, baking a cake at sometime today for a friend of mine who can't bake to save his life and usually I'd take half of it... Not this time. I keep having to remind people that I'm not eating like that anymore.

woohoo!
I'm sad to report that I was at a family bbq today and probably ate more than I should have. I did however hit the treadmill for 2 miles (in 32 minutes) and I'm planning on doing the shred in a little bit. I"ve been pounding back the water today hoping it helps.

She wasn't able to do the fun run due to her ride being canceled... and (what she told me) it would be too much of a hassle to wake up super early (said it starts at 7am) and get her husband (?) up and get the baby ready to go to some event that would take 20 minutes or something...

Correct any info that may be wrong, Leighish.

I just finished 30 minutes of Basic Step on the Wii and I'm about to do 30 more... and my leg hurts cause I bruised the inner thigh by hitting it REAL hard into the corner of my friend's table trying to get up off the floor in a REALLY crowded studio apartment with 5 people and a dog.

oh god, my weekend went way off track. but as of this morning i was still at 186; i knew that 184 was just too good to be true. but yeah, 186 definitely ain't bad. i'll be around tomorrow morning so i'll weigh again then for the official weigh-in.

I am back from my weekend away. I had a ton of fun though and I'm sad to be back and have to go back to "reality". However, I have to do school-site SAT testing for one of my senior girls all day tomorrow, so I get a bit of a easy transition back into reality.

Since I went away this weekend, I didn't really stick to my plan as much as I normally do but I made sure to make healthy choices and there wasn't much time for snacking. The water consumption definitely took a hit this weekend, but it was a fun weekend away with my friends, so I am not complaining one bit LOL

I haven't weighed myself all week (except for one time...haha), so I am really interested (and hopeful) to see what tomorrow's weigh in will be.

Aml- 186 is still really good...Great job!!

Chele615- I am glad you were able to make the healthier choices while you were away...I am sure you will be fine for weigh in. I too have only weighed one week, so I am very excited to see the scale tomorrow morning.

Leighish- That sucks about the run, but the good thing is that you were ready to do it. I can't wait to be at that level. I am sure another one will come up and you will be the first one there!

Artie- Thats awesome that you did 30 mins on the wii fit..that thing makes me sweat my butt off! I really should be on it more...right now I have been riding the bike, cuz I can watch a show and it goes by in no time.

As for my weekend...had pizza on saturday and it made me really sick...not gunna do that again! Today I did well OP (ok except for the Teddy grahams
I had earlier)...and for dinner I made chicken strips (just regular bread crumbs egg and chicken)...I only ate 2 strips which was like 1/8 of a chicken breast, a small baked potato with butter spray, and broccoli...YAY! Also did 50 mins on the bike today...can't wait for morning! Good night all!!

I weighed in this morning and the scale said 208.6. A small loss, but a loss nonetheless.

I could not wait to get to work this morning to come on and share my weight loss.... I really think that leighish helped us this week with making it pink week...I got on the scale this morning, and I am DOWN 4.5 lbs!!!! 236!!!!!!!!!
I am so excited...that is 10 lbs total so far. YAY! GO TEAM PINK!
