I'm guessing there just aren't too many of us still in the 190s, its the lonely numbers -LOL-
I'm hanging at 194, I did some bad math last time and was actually 197 (I'm a metric thinker pounds are so confusing!). So 3lb down, 4 more to go. Hopefully will still be able to reach goal of being in the 180s by end of August.,
I weigh daily. 191.4 this morning, I've really been behaving the last 2 days though. I'm expecting it to bounce back up. The pic is my dog, his name is Reggie, I call him Regg. He's cute but he's a monster (my fault). My first dog ever (I was uneducated) and I treated him like a baby not a dog so he's not socialized at all and barks and tries to bite everyone he doesn't know.
I'm joining up! I got down to 190 earlier this year but now I'm back up to around 195. I've been bouncing around between 194 to 197. I am determined to make it to the 180s this time!
Mygirlvj its not too late to change Reggie's behaviour! Its really not that hard.
Oh man the weekend, its so hard when you're out of routine right? Actually for me I'm a bit worried about the next two weeks - I am on teaching break, so most days I won't go in to work which means not just out of routine but home by myself. Plus I'll be grading papers so I tend to always mindless eat when I mark. Hoping my self determination holds!
