Does everyone count today as your last weigh in? I used to do that and then I saw that other people were counting the 1st. I can understand counting the 1st because the 1st is a reflection of the work from the last day of the month, etc. I'm just curious about everyone's thoughts on this.

Kris and all of you have done an awesome job this month!

Ang- We have almost the same exact numbers and results!!

I began this journey on January 3rd at 242 and today am at 227.

Maybe I should count tomorrow as my last day . . . it might be better than today.

Diana I just added the 1st to mine because it fell on a Friday and I don't weigh on the weekend. So for me it was logical to include it in my weigh in for January. If the first fell on a different day of the week then no I would not include it in my weigh in for the month.

Hope that made sense lol

I guess I'll consider today as my last weigh in for the month. I really hadn't thought about it. I joined this thread after the month had started so I don't have my weight for the first of the month but I'm assuming it's close to where I started logging, so I'll say 13lbs lost for January. Has a February thread been started yet?
