Still floating around 252. :(
I can't lie and say it doesn't bother me, but I've accepted that these things happen and it'll eventually drop. Also, I shouldn't be weighing in everyday anyways right now. I have stayed on plan though, and not binged! So I know it'll drop soon. Just chugging along and trying not to worry about the number as much as about building the habit of stopping myself from eating after dinner is done and continuing to count all my calories! That's where it starts. |
My scale not only got stuck but I GAINED three pounds over the weekend and absolutely do not deserve it. Yesterday I drank water, water, water to try to flush it out but so far no luck. But I know the weight has to go because I have not been overeating.

I should hit the 250s tomorrow, which is nice.

I'm hoping 266 doesn't become my new scale "haunt", as I've been staring at it for a week and a half now (among a few tiny gains and losses). I'm hoping to break out of the 260's much faster than I did the 270's...turbo speed compared to that turtle walk.

Well I've been on the strep throat diet since Sunday. And the scale showed 255.4 this morning. Hard to know how permanent it will be but it was nice to see. But all I've done is sip bits of water and spoon bits of protein shake down my poor old throat. I haven't been sick for a long time and was quite sucky about the whole thing! Feeling a bit better tonight and attempted a bit of exercise tonight - not a whole workout but a solid 20 minutes.

Hi all. Well, I finally got back to where I was this time last week on the scale. What a bummer. I flew right through the 260s but the 250s are sure not wanting to let go! Perhaps now at least I can start heading down that scale again... it's about time!!!!

I"m still here. Been doing water aerobics every day and I added at least a half hour on the treadmill along with it. I put the incline up to 15% to see how long I can walk that way. So far it is in 5 min bursts. I don't have a lot of speed when doing that incline though.
Today I am not doing water aerobics because i was supposed to go to the unemployment office. I am officially unemployed now...even though I haven't worked for a couple of weeks. The meeting for the unemployment office was too close to water aerobics. I would go to tonight's class but I have to meet with a trainer at 6 and they don't want you working out for 2 hours before hand. I am at 262 and a pair of pants that was super tight on me isn't so much anymore. YAY!!! Next week I plan on water aerobics every day with at least 45 min on the treadmill every day. I might also add in a class or two of out of the water work outs :D Next week is my last week of freedom before my CNA class starts. Once CNA class starts I will only do water aerobics in the evening, and on the 3 days I don't have class I will do another class and/or treadmill. |
OH and I can't get my ticker to update. I keep trying to follow the directions but and I know I saw where I could do it once but now I can't figure it out.. Thanks

Out of the 260s this morning. Hopefully in a few weeks I'll be out of this thread completely!

Glad I found this thread! Come on 250s! I hope September is good to me!! I am trying not to take my calories too low. Just keep up with the water good food and working out everyday! My body likes the 260s so far but I hope it hates the 250s and gets out of there really really fast!!!
