Hi everyone. I'm not making much progress at getting out of this thread, in spite of working out like crazy over the weekend. :) But at least I know the weight HAS to be on its way out since I have been eating okay. Hang in there... we will make it!!

Hang in there Misti, you know how those last couple of pounds get, right when you're trying to get out of a bracket...they're so stubborn! Congrats on your loss of over 50lbs though, that's awesome!

I get so much encouragement from these posts. I can't believe how much everyone has already lost, and how determined you all are. You rock!

I've been looking at 250 for two days, after seeing 249 for a brief moment!

But I'm not too sad about it. I feel better counting calories and not stuffing mysef so it's worth it just for that. I also know I'm eating about enough to lose a lb per week and it's only been a few days since I reached 250 again, so in a day or two it should be a solid 249, or at least 249.5.

I'm just going to keep pushing. I am going to pack my work out clothes into my car for Tuesday and then on my weekends I'm going to walk. I need to get moving! Even if it's just 30 mins twice a week, it'll be better than not moving. I might fire up the Kinect and play some activities instead of walking, but either way I want to move for 30 minutes at least twice this week.

Everyone is doing so well!

I got a weigh in coming up in about 15 days. It's going to feel weird to be stepping on the scale LOL! Maybe I'll jump a few threads down, that would be awesome! ;)

I am doing so well it is kind of scaring me. I will rely hard on all of you in the coming weeks, because in the past when the quick losses stopped so did I. I hate to put in the work. My mind knows that slow is the way to go, but my feet start dancing out to the fridge...

I am meeting friends for a drink tonight. My plan is to have a virgin Bloody Mary and enjoy the conversation, not the appetizers!

I'm still chillin at 259.7, but I have a feeling I have another lb or two loss coming up in a few days. 4 more lbs til 50lbs lost!
