Hooray! Congratulations, LebenAlles!

I stayed on plan all day. I got really emotional, and I didn't feed those feelings with anything more than water and a drive. I've done half of my scheduled exercise for today snd some yard work. I plan on finishing the other half this evening before bed. I had a one lb gain today, but I expect it will be gone tomorrow, hopefully with a little extra.

I've found fitocracy to be very helpful in motivating me to exercise. Tomorrow I should reach level 8. I'm hoping that this week I'll lose my mental block and drop down to 259, which has been the lb I can't seem to stop myself from sabotaging. Anyway, that is ask for today.

Sorry for any spelling issues. Posting from my phone.

Wow! That's an awesome loss for almost 2 weeks! Great job! Looks like you won't be sticking around here much longer! :)

My weigh in day is Monday...I am a little nervous due to some bad eating that has been sneaking in on me. I started new today though back on track. I went to water aerobics 4 of the 5 days that I had as my goal. I had a massive headache yesterday so I didn't go.

Tomorrow will be a little hard on the eating. We are going to a huge craft fair with food vendors. HOpefully I can find something not loaded with fat and sugar. We shall see.

OH on a side note even though my eating was a bit off. Not as I would like it I did make better choices when I did start to foul up. Like my husband wanted to go to Wendy's for lunch. We rarely go to fast food anymore. I went to get a bacon cheeseburger but instead opted for their small grilled chicken wrap. No fries.... It was pretty good too. I didn't feel overly full and icky afterwards. So that is a positive.

42goingon20: Nice progress! That's a quick loss! Do you think you'll lose at that rate for a while?

onmiwei: Hope your weigh in is what you're hoping for, and good for you for making better choices. I've always been something of a "throw the baby out with the bathwater" type when it comes to diet slip-ups.

I weighed in today. Down 1.4 pounds, putting me at 24.8 pounds lost so far. I am so close to that 25 lb. mark! I'll get there next week though! :)

Only down one pound this week..but hey..one pound down is better than one up. Especially with not doing everything I had planned.

Onto a better week this week. Already went to water aerobics and then spent another 1/2 hour in the water doing other exercises. Water aerobics planned for every morning. Also plan on going in a little earlier to go about half hour on the treadmill a few times this week.

This coming weekend I have a large craft fair coming up. So I can't go to the gym this weekend.

Onmiwei, one pound is great! That's solid, healthy weightloss right there.

Down to 266 and it seems like just yesterday I was posting in the 270 forums. It practically was! Man, I love progress.

Iknow it's silly, but feeling a little blue. I so wanted to get out of these 50's. I weighed in very early Sat. morning ( 5 hrs earlier than usual and I'm officailly still at 251. Yes , I did loose 3/5ths of a pd from last week- but I only record full numbers-full pds lost. my DH and I have been babysitting our 5mo. and 18mo. old grandsons at thier home as thier Dad (who works nights usually to trade off with our DD's daytime job) was called up for National Guard duty to south La. for the hurricane. We don't know when he'll be back. I adore caring for these babies, but can barely walk- the storm has my joints screaming at me and we onlt get about 5-6 hrs a night to sleep beacuse it's a 45 min drive there. So I'm very proud I was able to stay on my calorie count- mostly my water. but exercise has been totally out the door. With at least another week of this schedual I don't know that I'll be down on Sat either. OK, Ginger, Accept-accept.

HealthyMeWannabe 09-04-2012 05:59 AM

I understand how you feel Ginger. I want out of the 50's too.

I can relate too... I went through the 260s really fast but have now been stuck at 257 -- and actually bouncing back and forth between 258 and 259 -- for what seem like forever. Yesterday I worked out 2 hours 15 mins in the pool... but am still at 258 this morning. Grrrrrr. Hang in there though... we will make it!! It won't be long until we are battling our way through the 240s!!

JazzyPeggy 09-04-2012 08:30 AM

Checking into all my places this morning. Staying focused on what I want to accomplish. My weight was up over a pound yesterday, but today I'm back down to 255.6. Yesterday I had the I don't cares, today I am refocused again.

Everlasting 09-04-2012 10:15 AM

Hi, I'm joining you all here. My starting weight was 267.4 today.

Quantum Sheep 09-04-2012 11:33 AM

JazzyPeggy: I'm refocusing too. My weight was up 2.6 lbs yesterday. It's only up 1 lb today. Tomorrow? Hopefully a loss! :carrot:

Everlasting: Welcome, welcome! We have similar starting weights and similar goals. Hopefully we'll reach our goals together!
