I made some bad food choices too but the scale still showed a 0.2 lbs. loss for me. I won't complain.

Yesterday we went horseback riding at a place called Roosevelt Stables in Pine Mountain, GA (near Callaway Gardens). We had a blast! The owners were super nice people and we all had lots of fun! I haven't been riding since I was in college. This was my husband's and my daughter's first trail ride (and my husband's first time ever on a horse). Here's a couple of pics for y'all to see. :) We can't wait to go back!

I haven't been to Calloway Gardens in forever. Sounds like a weekend getaway is in order. Y'all look like you had a great time.

Yesterday sucked badly for me. I didn't do anything on plan at all. I ate way too much. I didn't drink water. And I didn't work out. Blah. It happens. Back on track today! I have my lunch already packed and in the fridge. I'm going to go get my gym bag ready so I can work out during my lunch break. I've got 0.4 miles to try to run today! :running: No sense beating myself up over the poor eating choices yesterday. The scale is reflecting my poor choices too. Too much salt and sugar...not good for the number! :yikes: I'll fix that before the next weigh in though! :)

Congrats on the losses ladies. HealthyMeWannabe I know you'll work through those food choices as I have to as well. Today I am excited to say that I weighed in at 248.8 for a loss of 2.4lbs. I am sad to be leaving you ladies but I know I will see you all in 240s thread soon.

This week I am aiming to lose 2.6 lbs. If I achieve that, I will have lost 25 lbs. That is a big mini goal to me. It puts me at 1/4 of the way to 100 pounds gone. This week I want to ramp up my exercise and make sure I eat right. I want to do everything I can to reach that goal! :cheer: I know I will get there but I need to keep myself accountable for what I do and don't to to reach my goals.

Went to the doctor this morning. Weighed in at 256.6 About 8 pounds from my starting day a little more than 2 weeks ago! So excited!!

High blood pressure
 
I am 25 years old and have been diagnosed with high blood pressure. I currently weigh about 258 pounds at about 6 feet tall. I need to loose about 80 pounds in order to be at a weight I will feel happy with. I have to lose weight to get off this blood pressure medicine and live a healthy life. I have lost a little, so I am on the right track.
