I haven't lost ANY weight this week. It is so hard to focus on the positive when you don't see any results for all the hard work. Grr

I like the reviews on Amazon for the scale. I am thinking seriously of ordering one.

264.0 this morning. Lowest weight I've seen in the last year was 259 about six months ago, so I'm almost back to that point! Yay!

I hear you. This week has been rough. The scale should be waiting for me today, so I'll let you know how it is. I'm bracing myself for it saying I weigh more than my other scale, but at least I won't have to deal with the five different weights in the span of a few minutes or it getting stuck or anything like that...or so I hope.

I'm stuck at around 255! I recently found out that I have metabolic syndrome and hyperglycemia (without diabetes). I'm finding it really hard to get rid of my carbohydrate cravings and it's getting me down.

But I will fight through it!

Ugh. I've been having self-image issues the past several days. It's like when I look in the mirror I don't like what I see........I want to be small already but realize I still have such a long way to go. Maybe it's TOM making me feel all hormonal and stuff (just started today). I have my weigh in soon so I'm hoping to be out of this slump. It's not like I'm not doing what I'm supposed to do. I'm still eating superbly and exercising like a champ. Right now...it just doesn't feel like it's enough. This feeling needs to pass.....sooon......

Sorry to be a debbie downer, just venting! lol Hope everyone is doing well! :)

Finally! A lower number - 261.6. Let's hope it sticks (or even better, disappears quickly only to be replaced by a lower number).

So I got the scale and I did my 'test'...which basically means hauling the scale all over my house to different surfaces, making sure they're all within a lb or so of each other. Including the back porch which is cement and probably the most reliable. Yes, I'm nuts.
But, I gotta say....I like this scale!!! Not only was it consistent throughout the house, but it also gave me a weigh in of 254.4 which is over 3lbs less than my other screwed up scale. Woohoo!! Now part of that might be the fact that I've been super good the past couple of days, but hey, I'll take it. 240's here I come!

I just reviewed my food and exercise for this week (wondering why I'm seeing less scale movement than usual). And wouldn'tcha know? That advice I'm always giving... maybe you are eating too little? Yeah, that might have been me this week. I was right at or even below my points allowance most days - my high day was only 7 points (~200 calories) over. I earned 62 activity points, and only ate back 17. I'll have to keep that in my next week. I really do lose better when I throw in at least one high day. Still hoping to see a loss for the week tomorrow morning!

253.2 I have no excuse - I just got cantankerous and took the weekend off. I ate all the cheese, soda, and fried fatty food that I could hold and I'm lucky the damage isn't worse. The stomach upset and digestive issues were NOT worth it, and I am back on the wagon starting today!

252.8! Soooo close to moving on to the next thread! I'm thrilled.

And I hit 50lbs lost, which also has me thrilled. :yay:
Went shopping over the weekend and I'm down from a starting size of 24 and now at an 18...definitely a wonderful feeling. Hang in there everybody, you can do this!
