Welcome ALEKS!!! I was definitely in your shoes when I got here a couple weeks ago.
I was hoping for that 259.9 this week but today was weigh-in day and I came in at 261 even. Not upset that was a 3.2lb loss for the week. I will just keep working towards it. |

267.6 this morning, so even though I really want to do otherwise, I'm rounding up properly and calling 268! 12lbs down! Rawr! :carrot:

I was 270 at the start of this week..boo. Hope to get back to 268 by Monday...

No idea what the scale will say in the morning, but I ate well today and swam 2050 yds this evening. Ye gods, but I love swimming!

I have been in the 260s for so long, it seems, several months. We went to a couple of weddings and parties so for a few weeks there I was just maintaining. But this morning the scale said 261.4, so I am almost out! Hopefully the 250s won't take too long. Although I was 255 two years ago, I haven't been below 255 for about 4 years, so I know when I see 254 I will be really really excited. The idea of being in the 240s seems almost too good to contemplate! |
My scale is on stall right now. But it is my fault I had a freaking chicken biscuit on Tues. and a slice of pizza on Wed. I stayed within my calorie total for the day but that was way too my carbs and sodium. I haven't gained but I have lost either.:(
P.S. Yes in the past I would have had 2-3 slices of pizza but who knew a slice of pepperoni pizza had so much sodium. |
I was glad to see 269 this morning. Hopefully, be back to 268 by Monday and then I can pretend this week never happened. ;)

I'm stuck at 264.2. Two weeks ago "I gained 2.6 and on 6/24 I lost 2.6 so I am right back at 264.2. I want that number to go down down down!
