Gah! So flipping close! I lost 1.6 this week. Weighed in at 260.8. So close to the end of the 260's!!!!! Oh well, next week they're so gone! :cheer:
|
I was 261 when I weighed this morning, down from 263 last week. Next week I will leave the 260's for good!
|
Scale at 251 this morning...I think maybe I'll be leaving this thread next week. You all are active and encouraging; it's kind of a shame to leave that. :)
It looks like everyone is making good progress, so hurray for us! :D :grouphug: |
We'll just be following you into the 240's thread, calluna! :) Lead the way girl!
|
Rebelle, my mom is still in the hospital but improving and may be sent home soon-thanks for asking :) I will never get used to the heat here either!
Congrats to everyone on your losses (I read everyone's posts but I am on my phone so it is hard to do many individual posts). I weighed in at 251.8 this morning!!! It is my TOM so I am wondering what the scale will do these next couple of weeks. |
Lost 2.2 this week and am down to 252.8! Almost to the next thread. Looks like everyone is doing great! Keep up the good work ladies! So inspiring to hear success stories.

I think I'm in hangout mode at 258-259 my scale keeps saying it over and over to me 258 259 258.4 I hope to get it together this week.
|
I wonder what my scale will say in the morning? Had a little sodium bounce this morning, but calories and nutrition are pretty good. Workout today was 4.5 mile run (okay, jog...). Feel good! Weather was even good enough for a barbeque. :)

Hey healthymewannabe ... love the photo!
I just did my weigh in and down 1.2 I'll take it! After my chocolate fest - I was sure I was up.. but I have done workouts almost every day since.. so I think that help bring the number down. I did a mini workout with a trainer yesterday.. OMG am I SORE today.. they tell me it may get worse tomorrow. Here's to keeping going... and not having anymore chocolate fests...for a while at least :) |
Rebelle, thanks for the encouragement. 250.4 this morning, so here's hoping!
4 of those miles were using the Galloway method for running (intervals of running and walking that can be as short as 30s/30s). It keeps the heart rate down, reduces aches and pains and makes you a lot more comfortable, and allows you go to farther. :) |
Hi ladies! I'm new to this thread and am looking for some extra support. :) I'm 252 and needing to get out of the 250's! Hope to get to know you all!

Welcome Angie!, and hello ladies. I weighed in this morning at 268.6 after teetering around 270 for 3 days. I hope I am here to stay. I have found a renewed focus in my weightloss, as I've been stuck in the 280 to 270 range for a little over a year.
|
Thanks Canadian! Like you, I have a renewed focus in my weight loss too. For me, unhealthy is not an option anymore. Great job getting into the 260's! :)

Hey folks. Boy has this week sucked for me. I've done terrible. I went back over my My Fitness Pal food intake and workouts and I've not been doing what I need to do. The scale's showing it. I weigh daily and it's up like 8 pounds since last Sunday. I know my official weigh in tomorrow will show a gain. Today's a damage control day, hoping to rein in the scale a bit tomorrow. I've eaten terribly. I've drank tea and sodas. I ate half a stupid pizza for dinner last night.
No more. Enough's enough already! I won't reach my goals by slipping up foer 5 days straight! :yikes: Back on plan starting right now! :cheer: |
:carrot: Down 3 pds this week. :carrot:
Now at 263. Hope to hit 250's by august. I actually feel confident for the 1st time today. Staying on my program really well. I allow myself 1700 calories a day but when I added up my weeks calorie intake it came to an average of 1, 460 a day. Not bad, not bad at all. |
