Diana I know you're busy with end of the month. I worked in accounting for over a decade so I know you don't have time to chit chat. You enjoy your evening also get some rest.

Kukkie and Roxy ... I'm listening to my hubby snore as I type down here in the family room. I sure hope he gets it all out before we go upstairs or I'll be hunching him all night.

Amanda, it use to get so busy in here if you missed an hour or two it took a while to catch up. But I've noticed since I returned in April that it has really slowed down. I figure I'm the only one with a lot of time on my hands when the kids are in school . LOL glad to know I'm not the only one addicted to this thread

hi all

thanks for the welcome back I struggling through things with school and life decisions the past few days...needless to say good eating isn't the top priority. It's currently about 3am here and I'm up trying unsuccessfully to write a paper that's 2 weeks over-due. why, oh why, did i ever decide to go back to school?!?!

I'm so glad to see so many people again!

Vixsin All my in-laws are up in NH/ME -- although they personally weren't affected by the outtages in their homes, they are a lucky few! We even heard it on the radio here in Ireland how bad the power outtages in the States were. I hope yours comes back quickly! good luck!

Weight loss is on the back burner for me right now. It's mid-terms, and I've already WRECKED two tests (that's good) and have one more to do in the morning. I'll let you guys know my grades when I get them. Still need to do Days 2 and 3 of Week 7 on c25k, which is easy..it's just running..for 25 min. No thought whatsoever. Got to get that weight down so I can get my 25 pound charm for my keychain on Monday. Normal BP, normal gyno appt, next gotta get my teeth fixed and get some new clothes. Taking care of yourself is expensive and serious business.

Hey Ladies!! I am back from my vacation to California!! I missed my bed, and my bf, but nothing else I can't say I'm even close to being on any plan, but I plan to get organized this weekend - the start of my week was crazy - flew home and ended up being up for 32 hours! Insane! So I spent today recovering!

Hope everyone is doing fabulous and I don't even know where to start to try and catch up... sorry

I don't particularly like daily weighing, but I'll jump in here on a weekly basis! I usually weigh on Monday mornings, but I forgot until this morning. Last week I weighed in at 273.4. I had a crapton of sodium with my sushi dinner, so I'm going to drink water like there's no tomorrow for the next few days.

I think the check-ins get slow because this is the time of year when everyone gets busy. Also, there are so many holiday food things going on. It's hard staying on track and keeping up with things. It's a busy and adifficult time.

Good Morning Ladies,
WI @ 225.5 this morning- down .9 from yesterday. Trying to get back into the gym after taking a short break- I have to say I am surprised at how my endurance was so strong last night during class- I did the "advanced" option the entire class- and even did jumping jacks, which I usually NEVER do. Guess I will be running tonight, I need to get back to that too. I lost 14 pounds in October- if I can continue the same downward trend I will be 100 lbs. down by Christmas! =D hope everyone has a great day!
