Good Morning,
I've been MIA lately- lots going on! Anyway, by the grace of GOD, I haven't gained anything since my little gym/eating hiatus! WI @ 226.4 this morning, down .6 from yesterday. Heading back into the gym tonight for the first time since last week sometime- hopefully I don't pass out! My fiance and I are going through some really tough financial times right now, so it's been making me very depressed and unmotivated I need to make sure I get back on track and lose at least this last 30 pounds since I ordered my wedding dress in a size smaller than I currently am! Does anyone else find that stress or problems in your life make you less motivated to keep losing? I really want this, but I keep holding myself back!

Rennie - Thanks for asking. I'm not feeling too well, but hanging in there (as I must.) My DH cleaned the house last night, so that's one big stress off of me, since I can't do it myself right now. I'm so very ready for this to pass.

Good Morning Everyone

I had a great weigh in this morning. I am down 3.4lbs to 179.6. Hoping for another OP today, so I can see more of this bloat go away

Diana good job on the 2.2lbs down, have a nice day and enjoy your Japanese

Kukkie sorry for your loss. Hope you get to rest some today, take care

crainjo good job on the 1.2lbs down, have a good run

fyreflie good job on the 1lb down, the scale is moving now

Hi Kya, check in when you can, coming here really does help with the plateaus, slow losses, gains and all of the weigh loss woes. There couldn't be a better group of people to share with. Hope things fall into place soon for ya take care

lili, good job on the .6 down, sorry about the financial stresses, hope things turn around for the two of you soon. Tell your finances you won't be defeated and you intend to be the most beautiful bride there is walking down the aisle Keep your head up, you can do this I'm having some serious issues right now myself with finances. I just pray that I can come up with a solution to work this out without havoc ... take care

Gale sorry to hear that. How long does your morning sickness normally last. A clean house does make you feel better. I love it when they finally get up to help when I'm not feeling up to par, if only they'd always help me . Is there someone that can come over to stay a few hours a day so you can rest? I don't know what will help, but I pray you get some relief soon

Really - ONE day of eating what I want and I am up 4lbs -- haven't seen this happen yet -- back on plan today -- wonder how long its going to take to reverse -- so I'm 213.6 today -- up from 209.6...I was down to 207?
I have to do some major damage control...

Rennie - It lasted about 6 weeks with my first and 2 weeks with my second. I'm in my second week of it now. I wish I had someone that could come stay for a few hours, but they're all either in school or have kids of their own - and that just adds to the chaos, not takes it away. My kids are getting to watch lots of movies (they generally don't watch more than 45 minutes of tv/day) so they're doing ok. I just really, really hate throwing up. Icky.

Great WI today and a very, very good job staying OP yesterday! Keep it up, friend!!

LGW, not sure what you ate, but I'm sure it's just sodium so it shouldn't take long to go away. I've heard it said numerous times on here that you can't gain that much fat in a day, so that's something to be thankful for

Diana thank you. I'm trying to stay focused today but my head is in a whirl. I was about to eat some junk then I realized I hadn't had any water so that should help curve my desire to eat until lunch time. I bought this 52oz cup from Walmart, made by bubba. It keeps your beverage cold (or the temperature that I put in it) all day and I don't have to refill it but once. Love it.
